Established in 2006, VRA is a customer focused, family owned center for firearm education, training, and purchasing. Our objective: to help people make informed decisions for their firearm needs.

We instruct the Firearms Safety Training Course (F.A.S.T), the Ohio Carrying a Concealed Weapon Course (CCW), the Ohio Retired Police Officers Recertification, and our own Shooting

Technique Advancement Course (S.T.A.C). VRA also features an extensive retail store, a pistol range with fifteen 25yard lanes, and a rifle range with five 100yard lanes.

VRA has been classified as a Five Star facility by the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) and is open to the public seven days a week.

VRA Indiana

In 2017 VRA opened its second location in New Castle, IN at the corner of I70 and Route 3 (Exit 123). This location will was named Victory Range and Armory, or VRA Indiana. The New Castle location boasts 18 pistol lanes, and 5 rifle lanes. This location is also unique in that the range uses digital video targets with VRA’s very own software development. This range is completely live fire, but allows customers to have interactive targets that move, react, and create new challenges. Our range will continue to update new targets, features, and challenges over time.

Victory will host the FAST class, STAC class, and NRA Basic Pistol course. VRA Indiana recently applied to become an NSSF five star range. Our application is pending.
