VRA earned our business many years ago with their knowledge and their attention to customers. There are plenty of places that sell guns, ammo and accessories, but it’s the customer service that sets VRA apart from the others. It is like a gas station from the 1950’s where the employees not only pumped the gas, checked the tires, cleaned your windshield and more, compare that to self serve gas stations today where you do all the work. They don’t make you feel like a fool when you ask questions about a gun; they take the time and answer any questions without an attitude. Its not just about sales, the gun rental, range and classes are what really set VRA apart from the other stores. Most important thing to me is that VRA is not just a bunch of employees, but also a family, and that is why they earned my business.
